What can You expect?

What you can expect is a holistic, non-partisan and fully secular approach to help you cope with any kind of change in your life.

Our aim is to make the change in your life a fundamental aspect of your life. We don´t offer a quick fix, and we will not decide for you which choice you should make in your life. On the other hand, it is also no lifetime contract. Life Coaching for Change are short term engagements, during which you will learn to embrace the change you desire.

2 distinct approaches for different needs

We offer 2 Life coaching programs: Life Coaching for Change and Mindfulness based Stress Reduction

Life Coaching for Change are short term engagements. They consist of one-on-one sessions, during which you will learn to embrace the change you desire.

Mindfulness based Stress Reduction is based on ancient Buddhist meditation techniques, which have been developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. MBSR uses meditative techniques to break the ‘cycle of chronic unhappiness’ responsible for the reoccurrence of depression.
